John Tremper, President
John joined HSWCC in 1972. During his career, he has held positions in project engineering, project accounting and as manager of field accounting. He is currently serving as President. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of company contracts and works with project teams to ensure proper administration. He advises senior management on the financial impact of operating matters, budget coordination, variance analysis, projections and other financial planning and reporting processes. He ensures that financial controls are in place so that assets are protected, the use of funds is optimized and appropriate cash flow is generated.

Barry Reynolds, Vice President
Field operations are Barry's forte. He began his construction career almost 40 years ago as a carpenter. Barry has worked on medical facilities, hotels, high-rise structures, institutional buildings, retail and entertainment along the West Coast and in Guam. Aside from serving on HSWCC's Board of Directors, Barry serves on the General Construction Contractors Association Board and is active in union relationships. On a day-to-day basis, Barry works with project teams in preconstruction and construction. For many years, he has fostered hands-on training programs for field personnel both for the company and within the industry.
