This joint venture, public/private mixed-use project includes 79 low income residential units. It also contains retail and community space on the first floor. We also completed the build-out for the rehabilitation program, Outside In. Outside In is a social service agency dedicated to serving low-income adults and homeless youth. Outside In has had success in helping Portland's homeless youth transition off the streets and into table lives for 40 years.
