Howard S. Wright Construction Co. provided preconstruction and construction services for the City of Yuma Readiness and Community Center. Our team worked closely with the City of Yuma and DEMA, a state agency, to build this state-of-the-art community and readiness center.

The 24,000 sf, single-story masonry project included a structural steel frame and cast-in-place concrete features. The Center houses the local Armory unit and provides recreational space for the community including a multi-purpose gymnasium, commercial kitchen, locker rooms, training rooms, and administrative offices.

The site is situated on five acres and features an array of desert landscape to complement the facility.
