11th & Grand, located in the heart of downtown at 1111 South Grand Avenue and two blocks from the Staples Center, consists of three residential towers with ground floor retail and multi-level parking.

Phase 3, EVO, was completed during late summer 2008. This 24-story high rise features roof-top amenities including a deck, fitness room, and lounge, all featuring many high-end finishes. EVO was being constructed using post-tensioned concrete slabs to reinforce a concrete structure with aluminum and glass exterior curtain walls. In the 645,000 sf of space there are 311 residential units, retail spaces, and three floors of underground parking.
